2020 Covid-19 Pandemic, Lockdown, Home Office
The global pandemic unveiled critical business vulnerabilities, prompting an urgent need for robust risk management and continuity plans. The unpreparedness for such crises underscored the necessity for new work standards.
Our swift action in developing pandemic-specific guidelines and standards facilitated seamless adaptation. This experience highlighted our capability to analyse, debate, and implement sustainable solutions, demonstrating our resilience and adaptability in challenging times.
2021 Economic Spring: Crafting New Strategies for a New Era
With the introduction of the EU's NextGenerationEU financing initiative, our management expertise was instrumental in helping businesses pivot towards innovation and sustainability. We guided companies in adjusting their strategies to align with the allocation of approximately 800 billion Euros for economic recovery. Our focus on digitalization, automation, and sustainable practices facilitated a significant shift towards enduring transformation and economic prosperity.
2022 Kickstarting the Transformation Process
Recognizing the unique challenges faced by local firms, we transitioned from experienced managers to dedicated consultants, establishing our consultancy firm, Compass ERA, in Romania. Our mission is to drive sustainable business transformation by leveraging two decades of strategic and operational expertise. We tailor solutions to meet each company’s needs, combining international insights with local contexts. Our hands-on approach sets a robust foundation for sustainable growth and success in the Romanian business.
